The order management is comprised of orders’ reception and treatment. This service has the responsibility to allocate orders to the appropriate department and most important provide customers with every information regarding their orders.
Operational monitoring of transport
We provide our customers with the following information :
- Dates of removal (lining with the first cited point)
- Dates of embarkation
- Planned arrival dates
- Dates of disembarkation
- Arrival dates at destination
Our team monitors the disembarkation, check on any damage (by certified maritime expert if necessary). Our agents in the port arrange the goods and establish the roadmaps.
